Attendees will learn the types of records that can be sealed or expunged, the eligibility criteria to receive a sealing or an expungement, how to navigate the process on their own, and how to apply for assistance through the ‘Take Back Your Rights Sealing and Expungement Project’, which includes assistance completing and submitting the FDLE application, coverage of the FDLE application fee, and a one-stop-shop clinic to finalize the sealing or expungement!
