New Opportunity: Limited Representation through Mediation
Want to help people in need but unable to dedicate the time to a full case? LAF volunteer lawyers can now choose to take on a Limited Representation Family Law Cases – no alimony or parenting (custody) disputes, and you provide representation only through mediation.
No going to trial. If the case doesn’t settle, you’re out.
LAF can help with the process, forms, and professional support. This unique volunteer experience will help you learn some family law, help someone in need, and support equal access to justice.
Please visit our Volunteer Resource and Hospitality Center
Thanks to sponsorship from the Tallahassee Bar, LAF invites volunteers and supporters to join us anytime for a cup of coffee. The Volunteer Resource and Hospitality Center is a great place to relax, meet your colleagues, and see what’s going on with LAF.
Location: Robert M. Ervin Lawyers’ Commons, 301 S. Monroe St., Suite 108, just inside the Monroe St. entrance to the Leon County Courthouse.
